I have been working with Karen Partelow and Hired Hearts since March, when my sister’s deteriorating neurological condition required her quick admission to a nursing home. Karen Partelow has proven to be a godsend.

Ms. Partelow took what for me seemed an overwhelmingly complicated and painful emotional process and made it doable. Specifically, she found a suitable nursing home, managed the transfer of my sister’s medical records, and coordinated everything needed for my sister’s admission.
