I have been working with Karen Partelow and Hired Hearts since March, when my sister’s deteriorating neurological condition required her quick admission to a nursing home. Karen Partelow has proven to be a godsend.

Ms. Partelow took what for me seemed an overwhelmingly complicated and painful emotional process and made it doable. Specifically, she found a suitable nursing home, managed the transfer of my sister’s medical records, and coordinated everything needed for my sister’s admission. The calm and competent manner in which Karen did this provided my family and me an island of sanity.
